  • The lightweight Spandeck platforms can be fitted at whatever level required.
  •  A complete Deck can be supplied just below the Superheater area.
  •  Additional towers can give access into the Superheater Platens.
  • Guardrails are fitted at all outer edges of the scaffold.

Speed of Erection

  • Instant UpRight Snap-Out & Spandeck products are quick to lift & erect, and all parts are colour coded for quick assembly. 
  • The lightweight high strength aluminium construction means it weighs as little as one fifth of an equivalent steel system.  As a result, a crew of 6 erectors & 6 labourers can erect a boiler system in 24-48 hours, depending on the size of the boiler.

Non-Corrosive and No Cleaning

  • Aluminium is high durable, its non corrosive, lasts longer and after removal from the boiler no special cleaning is required and storage is easy and compact.
