Instant UpRight are seeking an ambitious and talented International Sales Manager with fluent English with superior prospecting skills and demonstrated success in sales. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition, expand our clientele and growth our brand in the region developing sales presence.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business; from marketing, sales and inventory reporting directly to Instant Upright Head of Sales.
This role is target oriented.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the support of company.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
This role will develop and perform the strategic sales plans and business development activities to meet company goals justifying those them to the upper management.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Basic accounting to create customer orders, invoicing & inventory.
Attend exhibitions & trade shows in all countries of the region.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Strong written/verbal communications skills, English & Russian Essential.
BA or BSc in marketing or business preferable.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Good organisational and strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Time management and planning skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
