Our team is experienced and has a proven track record

Our team of industry veterans spans numerous disciplines, and can provide support to our clients throughout their projects’ lifetimes. Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals in business development, design engineering and finance. You can be assured that any project you entrust them with will be in safe hands – just take a look at some of the company’s past projects as evidence of their abilities. We also have the expertise to provide full engineering calculation sign-off, where required.

Beautifully designed products

Our premium access towers incorporate the following features as standard:

  • Rib-grip cold form joints. This sophisticated design feature provides treble the strength and resilience of traditionally welded joints – coupled with our 10 year no-quibbles warranty, you can rest assured that our products are a sound long-term investment.
  • Quick-Adjust legs. These allow for on-the-fly height adjustment, allowing you to quickly adapt our scaffold towers to whatever surface you happen to be dealing with
  • Fluting in frame rungs affords increased grip and slip resistance when scaling the scaffolding during its construction
  • Rhino hooks that lock into place and can be easily released, allowing for rapid disassembly on-site

To offer additional peace of mind, all of our components are also guaranteed for between three and ten years.

A streamlined work flow incorporating state-of-the-art software

The special applications team at Instant Upright have the latest computer aided design equipment and software at their disposal, including:

  • AutoCAD. The most widely used CAD (Computer Aided Design) software package in the world, AutoCAD is used to develop meticulous 2D drawings to serve as blueprints for product design. Used in everything from civil engineering to tools manufacturing, AutoCAD is an indispensable tool for any reputable design department. Primarily, we use it in the initial stages of the design and engineering process to rapidly draft out concepts and features for our products.
  • SolidWorks. Used to develop 3D drawings, we favour this over other software packages for its streamlined design process, which allows for faster project turnaround and minimisation of hassle and costs.
  • Autodesk Inventor. Much like Solidworks this is a 3D modelling package, but with more of an emphasis on engineering product solutions rather than design. We use this to analyse the loads forces and functions of our products’ components, ensuring their materials and design are fit for purpose.
  • Quickframe. A STRAP (Structural Analysis Package) that allows us to accurately estimate materials used and to price up projects with ease, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
